How to Get Your Drink On in 8 Drinks

I’m not an alcoholic by any means, but I love my drinks. I was a bartender before I got my big girl job and I will forever use my bartending skills to make delicious cocktails and appreciate new beers. I am a beer girl for sure, and my weekends are usually scheduled around three things: Who will I drink with? What will I be drinking? Where will I be drinking?

I’m a social drinker. I don’t sit at home and drink by myself (although there’s nothing wrong with that), but my weekends are for celebrating…and celebrating with some booze doesn’t ever disappoint.

1. Mimosa

2. Skinny Margarita

3. Beer

4. Champagne with Hibiscus flowers

5. Vodka Tonic

6. Jameson and Ginger Ale

7. Moscow Mule

8. Red or White Wine
And this list could go on for a bit longer! What are some of your favorite drinks??

  1. Haha, it’s a sign! I’m turning 21 tomorrow, but I hate alcohol, especially vodka. I’ve only had a few martinis that I liked, and that was at my aunts house. I’m not planning on drinking tomorrow (or Saturday ๐Ÿ˜„), but if I did, with your post as a guide, I couldn’t go wrong! I do want to try a mimosa sometime, but I’m a little concerned that the OJ part might be the only part of it that I liked, which would be a bit pointless, and typical me. ๐Ÿ˜œ

  2. I’m a white zinfandel drinker. And I like vodka too.

When I was in the States I was introduced to vanilla vodka and ginger, which shouldn’t work but *really* does!

Cocktail wise, it has to be a Pornstar Martini, or a Myzo (vanilla vodka, elderflower cordial and fresh chopped chilli).
